We're seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel contract in Flandreau, South Dakota (57028)!
Position Details:
Location: Flandreau, SD 57028
Schedule: 4×12-hour Day Shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed: 48 hours/week Start Date: ASAP (approximately 2 weeks from offer, pending compliance)
Facility housing may be available (based on availability)
Pay Package:
$2,240 gross per week (based on 48 hours)
Blended Hourly Rate: $45.60/hr
(Base Pay: $15.00/hr + Hourly stipend: $30.60)
Taxable Weekly Pay: $600
Non-Taxable Weekly Stipend: $1,224
Requirements:
Active LPN license
Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
Ability to complete required compliance, background check, and drug screening before the start date
Important Information:
The facility will conduct its own background check and drug screen in addition to your agency's required screenings.
Facility screening results typically take 7–10 business days to process.
Travelers cannot begin the assignment until the facility has received and cleared the results of its background check and drug screen.
