LPN – Long-Term Care Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Schedule: 12-hour shifts, including weekends Hours: 36 hours per week guaranteed Employment Type: Travel/Contract Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night-shift opportunity in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting. This position is ideal for an LPN who is comfortable providing quality care to long-term care residents, including individuals with dementia. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and report changes in condition Complete accurate nursing documentation Collaborate with CNAs and other members of the care team Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standar Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,800.00 per week Experience: LPN: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: active LPN (Required) Work Location: In person
