POSITION:
LPN, 24 or 36 hours per week, 7pm-7am with rotating weekends & holidays
Sign on bonuses for part-time and full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Delivers direct patient care, administers prescribed medication and treatments to patient
· Compile, compare and record patient care information
· Contributes to the assessment of patient condition and communicates any changes
· Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members
· Collaborates with clinical services team to deliver excellent patient care
· Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Active LPN license in state of Nebraska
· CPR certification
· One year clinical experience preferred
