Schedule:
12-hour day or night shifts
4 on / 4 off rotation
Mix of 36 and 48-hour weeks
Contract:
6-month contract (extension potential)

Local:
$38/hr
Travel (50+ miles):
$18/hr taxable
$890/week stipends (non-taxed)
Weekly Gross:
$1,538 (36 hrs)
$1,826 (48 hrs)
Position Overview:
Aequor Healthcare is seeking an LVN to work at the Dalby Unit with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. This is a correctional setting where you’ll provide medical care to incarcerated individuals in a structured, secure environment.
Responsibilities:
Medication administration (pill call)
Conduct sick call and basic assessments
Monitor chronic conditions
Respond to medical needs and emergencies
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with medical and security staff
Requirements:
Active LVN license
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
Comfortable working in a correctional environment
Must be able to pass background screening
