Maintenance Workers will be responsible for painting, general plumbing such as clearing drains, toilet clogs, and fixing showerheads, resetting TVs and AC thermostats, and performing general repairs in hotel rooms and existing building. Assist in maintaining grounds of the club such as painting lounge chairs, painting curbs, changing broken sprinkler heads, pressure washing sidewalks, and maintaining outdoor lighting. Maintenance Workers will also be required to perform annual, quarterly, and monthly preventative maintenance activities. Must be detailed orientated and able to work independently. Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00 am – 1:00pm; 9:00 am – 4:00pm; 5:00 pm – 12:00 am. Shift hours may vary. Please see the attached job description for additional details.
