Work in a meat processing plant in order to prepare various meat cuts and products such as sausages, jerky and standard cuts. Remove bones and cut meat to proper size. Trim away any unwanted veins, tendons, fat, skin or cartilage. Process meat into various products or cuts. Wrap and/or package finished products. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment and adhere to all company safety and health procedures.
