We are seeking a compassionate, clinically strong, and dependable Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve patients throughout Palm Desert and Palm Springs. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients, collaborating with care teams, and delivering primary care in a mobile healthcare setting. Position Overview The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide direct primary care services to patients in senior living communities, including assisted living, memory care, and other residential care settings. The provider will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions while working closely with supervising physicians, facility staff, families, and internal care teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in the field, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, and is committed to delivering reliable, patient-centered care to older adults.
