Job Description
Crown Point Health Suites is hiring charge nurses for our clinical team. This position accommodates either a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or a Registered Nurse (RN). Clinical operations follow strict medical protocols to ensure patient safety across all units during nocturnal hours.
Nurses oversee changes in patient acuity and direct floor staff throughout the shift. Our team manages treatments, processes physician orders, and maintains accurate documentation.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
Pay Rate: LVN starting pay is $30/hr. RN starting pay is $35/hr. Rates increase based on experience.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 6-6 on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities
Administer prescribed medications, controlled substances, and scheduled treatments accurately.
Assess patient clinical status continuously and recognize acute changes in condition.
Document comprehensive clinical notes, incident reports, and routine charting before shift completion.
Receive, transcribe, and execute physical or digital physician orders.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure compliance with care plans.
Manage IV therapy, wound care applications, and specialized medical equipment as permitted by licensure.
Conduct clinical handoffs and shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
Valid, unencumbered Texas license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
Competency in electronic medical record (EMR) charting systems and standard clinical protocols.
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or long-term care setting is preferred.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.

Crown Point Health Suites operates a 108-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located at 6640 Iola Ave in Lubbock, Texas. The building design supports clean workflows and quick access to clinical supplies. Night operations focus on minimizing patient disruption while maintaining mandatory monitoring standards.
