Primary Care Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient | Austin, Kyle, Round Rock & San Antonio, TX

Provenir Healthcare is partnering with a respected healthcare organizations to recruit Nurse Practitioners (NPs) for established outpatient primary care clinics throughout Austin, Kyle, Round Rock, and San Antonio, Texas.
Join collaborative, patient-centered practices providing comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, including Commercial and Medicare Advantage patients. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while delivering high-quality preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
Position Highlights
Full-time, outpatient practice
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Established patient panels
Commercial and Medicare Advantage patient population
Competitive salary plus bonus potential
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or AGNP)
Active Texas license
Primary Care experience preferred
