Travel RN – Operating Room (OR)
Location: Lubbock, TX 79407
Role: OR Registered Nurse
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 5x8s
Start Date: September 8, 2026
Weekly Pay: $2400 - $2600 (DOE)
Job Duties:
Provide perioperative nursing care in the OR.
Assist with general, orthopedic, spine, gynecology, and urology procedures.
Support total joint, sports medicine, and robotic procedures.
Maintain sterile technique, infection control, and surgical safety standards.
Handle specimens, IVs, blood products, and surgical equipment.
Float between units as needed.
Requirements:
OR RN experience required
Experience with Ortho Mako, Sports Medicine & Total Joints
Gynecology and general OR experience
BLS required
ACLS preferred
Active RN license
Willingness to take weekday nights, weekend & holiday call
Must live 50+ miles from the facility for travel consideration
Further Details:
1:1 patient ratio
First-time travelers accepted
Block scheduling available
No weekend shifts required, but call coverage is required

Experience:
OR Registered Nurse: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
ACLS and BLS Certifications (Required)
Active RN state license (Required)
