Orthodontic Practice Manager

Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Orthodontic Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our orthodontic practice. This is a key leadership role for someone who excels at team management, financial oversight, and delivering an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination Manage budgeting, medical billing, and accounts receivable to optimize revenue cycle performance Supervise administrative staff, dental assistants, and clinical personnel to maintain high standards of care and collaboration Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and JCAHO standards across all practice functions Maintain accurate patient records and data using Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar EMR/EHR platforms Lead HR functions including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations Monitor supply inventory and coordinate procurement to support uninterrupted operations Requirements Proven experience in dental or orthodontic office management Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams in a busy clinical setting Solid background in budgeting, financial reporting, and medical billing Proficiency with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or comparable practice management software Working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and JCAHO compliance standards Excellent communication and customer service skills with a patient-centered approach Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail If you're a motivated healthcare leader ready to drive operational excellence in a growing orthodontic practice, we'd love to hear from you.
