Ramona Rehabilitation is looking for an experienced Part-time MDS Nurse to join our team! We are 104 bed skilled nursing facility in Hemet, California. We are privately owned and operated and believe in delivering the best care and customer service.
Must have active LVN license and at least 1-2 years MDS/SNF experience.
Some MDS Nurse Responsibilities Include:
MDS Nurse Coordinator is to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI).
Work with nursing and other departments to enhance and direct patient care.
Actively participate in QA processes.
