What You’ll Do Provide one-on-one nursing care in the home Follow the patient’s plan of care Assist with medications and daily care needs Monitor the patient and report changes in condition Communicate with the patient’s family and care team Complete required documentation Pay & Schedule $20–$26 per hour, based on experience Weekly pay Day and night shifts available Night differential for 7 PM–7 AM shifts Lubbock, TX What You’ll Need Active, unrestricted Texas LVN license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Pediatric, home health, or private duty experience preferred Current BLS/CPR certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting.
