Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
Incentive Bonus for RAPID CITY location – Earn Up to $300!
Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm
$150 after your first 120 hours worked
Additional $150 after the next 120 hours worked
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Bonus applies to nurses who:
Commit to 30 hours or more per week on this specific case
Other hours available not included with incentive in Rapid City:
7:30am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday
7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Thursday
8:00am - 6:00pm, 1 day/wk and as back-up

Qualifications
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Must have reliable transportation
