Compliance & Safety: Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment. Requirements To qualify for this position, you must have: An Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program. Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Nebraska. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide compassionate patient care. Proficiency in basic computer skills for documentation purposes. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move patients, perform physical tasks, and handle equipment as required for therapy sessions.
