What You'll Do
Assist residents with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Take and document vital signs
Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care
Maintain accurate documentation
Support nursing staff in delivering quality patient care
Follow all facility policies and safety procedures
Minimum Qualifications
Active Nebraska Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass required screenings and onboarding requirements
Reliable transportation for local assignments
Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
