Workers typically perform a variety of tasks in non-climate-controlled production facility packing and moving grass seed/fertilizer materials. Duties may include any of the following: gathering and preparing mixes by pouring grass seed into hopper, manually filling bags with mixed grass seed or fertilizer, sealing bags, manually moving stock, and stacking bags onto pallets or packing into boxes. Observe applied labels and date on each unit produced to ensure traceability for quality. Maintain clean work area and equipment. Exposure to extreme temperatures, dust and chemicals may be present in work environment. Entry level; requires supervision.
