Helper production workers will assist by performing duties requiring less skill. Duties include the following: supplying or holding materials or tools and cleaning the work area and equipment. Workers will assist with general production work and assembling truss wall panels. Workers will help hand load lumber onto framing tables where various tolls such as hammers, pneumatic nail guns, nails, drills, other misc . hand tolls, screws, application of glue will be used to fasten the lumber together to create the finished wall panel product. The worker will assist loading and unloading items onto equipment for processing and package finished products for shipping will be performed using standard non-powered methods (e.g./hand carts or team work). The worker will help ensure products are in conformance with the company's specifications. The production worker will accurately record the product's data and pull damaged or ineffective equipment. During winter months, workers will assist with additional duties including clearing snow and ice from work areas, maintaining safe and accessible production spaces, handling and storing materials in cold conditions, performing general facility, upkeep, and supporting production operations as needed to ensure workflow continuity despite seasonal weather conditions.
