About the Role:
Join a rapidly growing telepsychiatry practice serving adult patients across California. You will work remotely with the support of an experienced administrative and clinical team. No on-call duties. Consistent schedule. High-income potential.
Clinical Scope:
You’ll provide care to adults with:- Mood disorders- Anxiety disorders- Treatment-resistant depression- Bipolar disordersAll patients are California-based.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups via secure telehealth platform- Prescribe medications using e-prescribing systems- Communicate via EMR/EHR with patients and staff- Respond promptly to forms/messages- Provide coverage during team time off as needed
Requirements
- Must be a current California resident- Must hold an active, unencumbered CA RN & NP license + DEA- Minimum 1 year of licensed PMHNP clinical experience (post-certification)- Ability to work compassionately with diverse populations- Must be or become a CA Nursing Corporation (to meet state contracting laws)- Strong communication, reliability, and independent time management

Compensation
- Competitive pay with high-income potential- 1099 independent contractor arrangement- Max potential: up to $350,000/year based on performance and caseload
Location
- Must currently reside in California- Preference given to candidates based in San Diego or Los Angeles
