Quality of Care Investigative Nurse - Remote

Quality of Care Investigative Nurse (RN) – Remote Join the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities' Quality Management team and help protect the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services. Pay: $32.48/ hour Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm What You'll Do Investigate quality-of-care concerns for DDD members Review medical records and conduct thorough investigations Develop corrective action plans and monitor resolutions Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with AHCCCS and regulatory agencies as needed Identify trends and escalate serious concerns Requirements ? Active Arizona RN license (required) ? Strong critical thinking and investigative skills ? Experience reviewing medical records ? Excellent written and verbal communication ? Proficient with Microsoft Office, databases, and electronic documentation systems ?
