Assignment Details Specialty: RN – Long-Term Care (LTC) Location: Flandreau, SD Contract Length: 13 Weeks Shift: 4x12 Days (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) Guaranteed Hours: 48 Hours/Week Compensation Gross Weekly Pay: $2,600 (for 48hr/week) Blended Hourly Rate: $53.00 (Taxable Base Rate: $18.00/hr + Non-Taxable Stipend: $35.00/hr) Weekly Taxable Pay: $720 Weekly Non-Taxable Stipends: $1,400 Overtime Rate: $60.00/hr Estimated Weekly Overtime Earnings (8 Hours): $480 Requirements Active RN License (South Dakota or Compact License) Current BLS Certification Minimum 1 year of LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Rehab experience preferred Strong patient assessment and medication administration skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must meet all facility compliance requirements before start #RL Pay: $53.00 per hour Work Location: In person
