New Graduate Registered Nurses New graduate opportunities available in select states. Structured nurse residency and orientation programs provided. Unit placement based on clinical rotations and facility needs. Position Summary The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Successful candidates will work in modern healthcare facilities equipped with advanced technology and supported by experienced clinical leadership. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR). Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions. Ensure compliance with patient safety and quality care standards. Patient Acuity & Staffing Ratios Patient Acuity: Low to moderate acuity, including stabilization and chronic disease management.
