Requirements

• 1 year(s) of experience
• Charting system experience required (Any)
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in OB/GYN and women’s health settings, including family care/clinic and urgent care workflows
• Perform assessments and interpret laboratory results
• Complete medication reconciliation
• Utilize Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies as part of patient intake
• Obtain vital signs and support ongoing clinical documentation
• Support care related to women’s health concerns, including pregnancy-induced hypertension, spontaneous abortion, and vaginal bleeding
• Set up and assist with procedures such as Pap Smear
• Set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays
• Support specimen collection, including urine (UA/clean catch) and vaginal specimens
• Handle office duties such as telephone triage and pharmacy calls/patient refill requests
• Complete follow-up phone calls as needed
