As we continue to grow, we're seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our clinical team. This posting is for our Torrance location, with additional RN opportunities available in Palm Springs.

Your Role
· Perform cosmetic injectable treatments within your scope of practice and established clinical protocols.
· Perform laser and other energy-based aesthetic procedures.
· Administer IV therapy and wellness treatments.
· Assess patients, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans.
· Educate patients on aesthetic procedures, skincare, wellness therapies, and post-procedure care.
· Develop lasting patient relationships built on trust, education, and exceptional clinical outcomes.
· Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and infection control.
· Collaborate with physicians and fellow providers to deliver a seamless, luxury patient experience.
Qualifications
· Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
· Current BLS certification.
· Minimum of two years of RN clinical experience required; medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or cosmetic nursing experience.
· Experience performing cosmetic injectables.
· Experience with laser and energy-based aesthetic devices preferred.
· IV therapy experience preferred.
· Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
· Confidence discussing comprehensive treatment options based on each patient's goals and clinical needs.
· Professional, polished, patient-focused demeanor.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently while exercising sound clinical judgment.
· Experience using electronic medical records (EMR).
