St Paul VI Institute
Position: Registered Nurse – Full Time or Part Time
We are looking for an RN who is a team player, desires to take great care of the patients they encounter, and communicates well. The Saint Paul VI Institute is a Catholic Ob/Gyn clinic which attracts patients from across the country. The St Paul VI Institute is the home of NaProTechnology. Qualifications:
Currently licensed as RN in State of Nebraska
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build rapport with patients, physicians and co-workers
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Willing to adhere to philosophy and mission of our Institute
Pay: Minimum $35.00 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities:
Communicate with collaborating physicians and/or ambulatory team regarding patient care
Assist in communicating treatment plans
Able to triage phone/email correspondence
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Participate in the education of patients, including medications and providing shot instructions.
· Assist in administering intramuscular medications and intravenous infusions as ordered.
Maintain accurate patient medical records
Occasional phlebotomy
