THE POSITION:
Location: Grand Island, NE
Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm
License Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with applicable state board of nursing
As Nurse Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing client care while supporting our field nursing team. Responsibilities include:
Providing clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff
Coordinating and overseeing individualized client care plans
Delivering education, training, and mentorship to caregivers
Supporting clients and families through consultation and care coordination
Promoting quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care
Encouraging caregiver success and professional development in the home care setting
EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Nebraska State Board of Nursing
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Two or more years of nursing experience
Pediatric nursing experience
Home health or home care experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience

Pay: $69,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
