Requirements and Skills

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Experience and competency in dialysis nursing
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Ability to monitor patient conditions and manage dialysis equipment safely

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments with utmost attention to patient safety and comfort
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, fluid balance, and response to treatment
• Operate and troubleshoot dialysis machines and related equipment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and post-treatment care
• Adhere to infection control standards and maintain a safe clinical environment

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Nebraska
• Prior experience in dialysis nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate approach to patient care
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $62.00 - $73.00
