Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in the patient's home. This role requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of appropriate medical interventions. Qualifications: Registered Nurses must be licensed in the State of Texas. Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate degree in nursing Minimum of one year Home Healthcare experience preferred (but not required). Must work well independently, enjoy problem solving and understand the importance of accurate documentation. Thrives in situations requiring critical thinking. Valid Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
