Ro Health is looking for a dedicated RN to join our healthcare team at a correctional facilities in Lubbock, TX. This position plays a vital role in providing essential healthcare services to incarcerated individuals, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and therapeutic environment within the facility. Details: Location: Lubbock, TX Schedule: 12 hours, 4 days on, 4 off Employment Type: Contract Qualifications: Active Texas RN license or compact license (in good standing) BLS Certification Ability to pass a strict background check Prior psychiatric experience required Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments Monitor and document patients’ health status and respond to medical emergencies Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans Educate patients on health conditions, medication adherence, and preventive care Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and chronic disease management Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards Collaborate and support LVNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility guidelines Document patient care activities accurately and timely in medical records Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility guidelines Why Join Ro Health?
