RN - NICU transport in Seattle, WA

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU Transport to join a specialized neonatal transport team. This role is ideal for a critical care RN who thrives in high-acuity, fast-paced environments and is passionate about providing safe, expert care to critically ill neonates during transport. Duties Provide advanced nursing care to neonates during inter-facility transport Stabilize and manage critically ill newborns, including those requiring ventilatory support, umbilical line management, and continuous monitoring Operate and monitor specialized transport equipment (isolettes, ventilators, infusion pumps) Respond to emergent neonatal situations during transport with sound clinical judgment Communicate effectively with referring and receiving facility teams Maintain accurate documentation throughout the transport process Ensure compliance with safety protocols during ground/air transport Requirements Active RN license (compact license accepted) Minimum 2+ years Peds/Neonatal Critical Care experience Prior ground transport experience required Charge nurse experience preferred Certifications required: BLS, NRP, PALS Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills Ability to work in confined transport spaces (ambulance, helicopter, or fixed-wing aircrafts Reach out to our dedicated Recruiter, Aimen at aiman@raisso.com or call/text at (512) 361-2831 to learn more and start your journey with us today!
