Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, residents, and families to provide outstanding care. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to the nursing team throughout your shift.
