Requirements and Skills

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
• Prior ER nursing experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals presenting in the emergency department
• Perform comprehensive and timely clinical assessments to prioritize care needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions continuously and respond to critical changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, ancillary staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and discharge plans
• Adhere to infection control policies and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an emergency nursing setting highly preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: Earn an attractive hourly rate ranging from $61.00 to $72.00 with weekly pay through Quick2Hire.
