Hire on Bonus $10,000 The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by professional and non-professional staff. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Clinical Services or Nurse Coordinator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The Ambassador Nebraska City is a 55 bed facility located in Nebraska City, NE. The facility is a quick trip from local communities. Associates will enjoy a team approach to resident care involving all departments. The LPN/RN Charge Nurse will be clinically competent while delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. This position will effectively interact with patients, family members and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.
