• Place seafood in containers
• Seal, ice, and pack products
• Assemble boxes

• Perform dock work
• Remove oysters from boats or trucks
• Load finished products onto trucks
• Use material handling equipment (occasional)
• Place raw product on processing tables
• Freeze and shovel oysters
