Serve water, condiments, and coffee. Run food from kitchen to patrons’ tables. Help set up / break down buffets and keep buffet replenished with food, dishes, containers and utensils. May perform other reasonable job related duties as needed.

Set up food buffet tasks include: placing clean tablecloths over the buffet; arranging clean plates, containers and utensils on the buffet; carrying food dishes from the kitchen and arranging them on the buffet. Break down food buffet tasks include removing leftover food dishes, plates, containers, utensils, used tablecloths, and carrying them back to kitchen. Other related duties may include: keep food station areas clean during service, carry dishes from dining room to kitchen.
