Taking and serving food and beverage orders in the clubhouse and dining facilities using trays, speed racks, and utility carts; carrying out food and miscellaneous setup and cleanup activities including prepare tables for meals and setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware; clean tables, remove dishes and glasses from tables and counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning, and tidy up server station. May be required to perform duties in an outdoor environment and at banquet events and parties held in clubhouse and dining facilities to serve food and beverages to guests using utility carts and move tables using mover dolly; and may be required to serve customers via golf cart.
