Duties: Responsible for greeting customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables.
Requirements: Six (6) months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check.
Rate of Pay: Tipped position with wage of $8.00 - $10.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Employer guarantees hourly rate will not fall below prevailing wage of $18.71 per hour. Overtime is available at $28.07 per hour. Employer will guarantee wage in any given workweek when total compensation (including tips) does not meet prevailing wage rate or overtime wage rate. Employee may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of holiday pay of up to $500.00. Eligible for company subsidized housing.
Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7am - 2pm, 9am - 4pm, or 4pm- 11am. Shift hours may vary.
Employment period: Oct 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027
