Set-up Crew will be responsible for arranging meeting and activity set-up as well as providing water and coffee for members. Set-up tasks will take place in an on-site restaurant, banquet rooms, event areas at members’ homes, and an outdoor dining area by the food truck. Meeting and activity set-up entails moving, setting up, arranging, and taking down tables, linens, and chairs for events in a timely manner according to event diagrams. Set-up Crew may also assist with setting up buffet warmers by setting out food prepared by the kitchen; turning on soup kettles; turning on plate warmers; setting up coffee machines; and setting out butter, glassware, and dishware. They will report to all radio calls from managers or staff members. Set-up Crew must check for light bulb replacement in the clubhouse, set up buffet station, organize HR equipment and storage room, tighten and repair loose tables and chairs in dining rooms, check function and activity sheets in mailbox daily to accommodate additional changes in location and time. Set-up Crew will deliver food and beverages to HR Tennis facility. Set-up Crew workers will also assist in valet parking members cars and carrying food from kitchen to dining room tables on occasion. Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100 pounds. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday.
