Job Description

Prepare food items (including crawfish, shrimp, potatoes, and corn on the cob) for cooking, grilling, frying, broiling, boiling, etc. Clean and prepare food items by boiling, weighing, frying, and grilling. No chopping or cutting of food items is required in preparation of serving them to customers. Maintain a clean work area by cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces (tables, counters, and floors), and remove all debris and trash from work area.
