Duties may include: Skin wild game. Cut, package and box cuts from wild game. Grind, stuff package and box sausage and hamburger from wild game. Clean processing equipment, floors and walls daily. Pull customer orders out of freezer for pickup & other related Slaughterers and Meat Packers activities as per SOC/OES 51-3023 (onetonline.org). Standard/Expected Schedule: Monday - Sunday 8:00AM-6:00PM. Offering 56+ (plus) hours per week; not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Weekly schedule may very depending on business needs. Weekends mandatory. Possible weekend work. Start/end times, offered hours and/or overtime could vary as they may be dependent upon other factors such as project/schedule/service needs, weather, and commute time between worksites (if applicable). Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. At Employer’s sole discretion: possible raises and/or bonuses based on individual factors such as work performance or skill (not guaranteed).
