Wash dishes, glassware, flatware pots, pans, and cooking utensils by machine or hand. Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in clean condition. Clean floors, sort and remove trash. Store clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils in appropriate areas.
