Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac activity and responding to patient needs.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients across diverse clinical situations.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
Document patient care and maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital policies.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans.
