Fastaff is seeking experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses (L&D RNs) for high-paying travel nursing assignments across the United States. Earn up to $4,106 per week while providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns in leading hospitals and birthing centers nationwide.
About the Role
As a Travel Labor & Delivery RN, you'll play a critical role in guiding patients through one of life's most important moments. You'll provide expert nursing care before, during, and after childbirth, monitor maternal and fetal well-being, assist with labor and delivery, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe and positive birth experiences.
This role requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and compassionate in fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor maternal and fetal health during labor and delivery
Perform patient assessments and identify changes in condition
Administer medications, IV therapies, and pain management interventions
Assist physicians, midwives, and healthcare teams during labor and childbirth
Monitor fetal heart rate and contraction patterns
Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
Care for mothers during the immediate postpartum period
Respond to obstetric emergencies and complications
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
Strong maternal-child nursing skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments
