Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for night shift at a skilled nursing and assisted living facility in Wakefield, Nebraska. The role focuses on patient-centered care and teamwork. The LPN will provide direct nursing care and support resident safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately.

Maintain accurate documentation and support resident safety and comfort.
Qualifications:
Active Nebraska LPN license required.
Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience required.
