Assignment Details
TELE, PCU, and Step-Down needs nationwide
Contract lengths: 8–13 weeks with high extension potential
Day or night shift depending on facility
Typical patient ratios follow state/facility guidelines
EMRs vary (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
Core Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care to monitored and moderately acute patient populations
Interpret and monitor cardiac rhythms; escalate abnormalities promptly
Manage cardiac drips (per facility requirements)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive safe patient outcomes
Perform thorough assessments, documentation, and patient education
Maintain compliance and adapt quickly to new environments
Preferred Qualifications
Prior travel nursing experience
Experience in fast-paced or high-acuity step-down settings
Familiarity with multiple EMR systems

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of recent TELE, PCU, or Step-Down RN experience (within the last 18 months)
Active RN license (state-specific license required before start)
AHA BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred
Strong telemetry rhythm recognition skills
Experience with stable drips and monitored patient care
Ability to complete onboarding, compliance, and credentialing requirements
