Schedule: 8-Hour Day Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Pay rate $75/HR
Gross : $3000/Week

Requirements:
Active California RN License
Current AHA BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN Case Management/Care Coordination experience
Experience with discharge planning, utilization review, and care coordination
EPIC experience preferred

Pay: $72.00 - $75.00 per hour
