Employees will keep the outside of commercial buildings (office buildings, retail centers, etc.) in clean and orderly condition by manually removing snow and leaves from sidewalks, driveways, yards, or parking areas, using snow blowers, leaf blowers, rakes, plows, ice chippers, or salt spreaders; gather and empty trash and debris by hand or with a trash picker; fall/winter storm cleanup including clearing debris from grounds; and dormant tree/shrub winter pruning. Clean and perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools when not in use. Entry level; requires supervision.
