This policy explains what information Jobrify ("we", "us") collects when you use jobrify.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a hashed password.
• Emails to us. When you email us we receive your email address and the message you send.
• Usage data. We use Google Tag Manager and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used (pages visited, searches performed, approximate location, device and browser type). Your browser settings or consent choices control these cookies.
• Session data. We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember your country selection, and protect forms against abuse.

What we do not collect

Jobrify does not process job applications. When you apply to a job, you do so on the original source's website (for example Job Bank or the employer's own site), under that site's privacy policy. Job postings shown on Jobrify, including employer names and contact details, come from public job feeds.

How we use your information

• To operate your account and show you application links after you sign in.
• To respond to messages you send us.
• To secure the site and prevent abuse.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and deletion

Your account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page, which permanently removes your personal data from our systems.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@jobrify.com and we will respond to your request.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
