12 Hour CNA
The Trempealeau Co. Health Care Center has an opening for a Certified Nursing Assistant, working 12-hour shifts. (4) day shifts 6 am – 6 pm and (2) night shifts 6 pm – 6 am. You will work closely with residents and have the potential to advance into other areas with further training.
$20 - $21.50 per hour plus shift differential
Hours:
4 days of 6 am – 6 pm (weekdays)
2 nights of 6 pm – 6 am (weekend)
Rotating holidays and every other weekend
Responsibilities:
· Assist with activities and daily living needs of our clients
· Document and charting as required
· Complete vitals as client care plans require
· Assist with mealtime responsibilities
· Keep the living area safe and clean for clients
· Assist with client transfer needs as requested
· Follow all care plans such as doctor’s orders, treatment plans, or other instructions provided
· Help with medication as directed by licensed practitioners
