Valley Gin Company operates cotton gins. Employees will work in the gins. Valley Gin will train incoming employees/workers. The bulk of the tasks will be simple and redundant. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: clean work areas, guide products on conveyors to regulate flow through machines, load and unload materials and commodities, maintain grounds and landscaping, maintain inventory, operate equipment for a cotton gin, position boxes/bags at ends of machinery to catch products, remove and close full containers, weigh containers and record weights and identifying information. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: cotton gin equipment, packaging equipment. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: cotton.
